Why & How to Hire an Event Planner For ANY Event?

OPP coordinates all of the vendors & details. We are there with you from the start of the Event Planning Stage straight through the completion of the Event and beyond! All you will need to do is invite your guests and enjoy your event!
When Should I Contact OPP?
As soon as you begin thinking of your event. There is never too much time for the Event Planning process, the sooner we get started, the sooner you can begin saving money and relaxing you're your event is in the expert hands of a professional. Even though this could be two years prior to the actual date, we can begin planning, locking in the date with the venue; hotel rooms, entertainment, etc.
What Services Does OPP Provide?
Only Perfect Parties is a full service event planning company. We can handle all aspects of the event including Venues; Caterers; Entertainment Vendors; Event Resources; Theme Development; Event Design & Production; Lighting; Transportation, Hotels, Discounted Travel; Dinners, Brunches; and more.
What Happens After You Contact OPP?
You will meet with Sharon Stevenson to discuss your event specifics. You are under no obligation to work with us at this point. The extent of the event, the theme, etc. can all be discussed. The initial consultation is free of charge. After this meeting you are free to decide whether you would like to retain Only Perfect Parties to put a proposal together for your Event.
Retaining Only Perfect Parties?
After our initial consultation, if you like Sharon's ideas and you would like OPP to provide you with a written proposal, a retainer will be required. As you can imagine we put a lot of time; energy and detail into researching and creating a proposal and/or Event Design that is specific to your event. This retainer is a sign of good faith from our Clients so that our time is not wasted. This retainer will be deducted from your Event Total when hiring OPP or will be retained by OPP if you opt not to work with us.
How Do I Contract With Only Perfect Parties Services?
Once you have decided to retain Only Perfect Parties to produce your Event you will receive a Contract outlining everything that Only Perfect Parties will provide for your event and/or to research all of the Event Elements on your behalf. This contract must be signed and returned, along with the requested deposit to consider your event secured.
Only Perfect Parties Subcontractors and Vendors
We have a full list of Vendors and Resources, in all different Categories and Price Spectrums that we offer to you. Over the years we have developed outstanding relationships with the vendors that we proudly present to you, knowing full well that will be exactly what you are looking for and because of the relationships and amount of business that we have brought to them over the years, we will be able to secure pricing and packages that would not be offered to you directly. Of course, if you have a particular vendor that you prefer using, that is fine with us, we will work with them as if they were our recommendation.
What Happens to Expect on the Day Your Event?
Your Event Planner & Team will be there with you every step of the way, especially on the Day of the Event; we are there bright and early, behind the scenes, coordinating each and every aspect of your event. We create a Vendor Time Line for all to follow, thus ensuring your event is Memorable and Completely Stress-Free for YOU! The only thing that is expected from you is to relax, have fun and be a Guest at your Own Affair!
How Much Should I Expect To Pay?
This is all dependent on the size and scope of your event, however, we pride ourselves on either working within the Budgetary Guidelines that you set or helping you to create a Budget that works for you and guaranteeing to stick with it.
